Supplier Terms and Conditions
As a supplier to ATT Metrology, it is understood that your organization agrees to meet the following AS9100 requirements whenever the ATT Metrology purchase order references either AS9100 or MIL-STD-883 indicating that the order is for an Aerospace application or another high reliability application requiring adherence to MIL-STD-883 / MIL-PRF-38535. These requirements are therefore to be considered as Supplier Quality Requirements.
- Our organization reserves the right to final approval of products, services, methods, processes, equipment and release of products and services.
- Personnel involved with the fulfillment of this purchase order must be determined by the supplier to be competent and qualified to carry out the required processes.
- Communications regarding this purchase order must flow through the buyer listed on the purchase order.
- ATT Metrology will monitor the performance of our suppliers for on time delivery and incoming quality of each delivery. Failure of a supplier to implement effective corrective actions can result in additional controls over the supplied product or the supplier, including, but not limited to, chargebacks. If these controls are not effective, it can result in the supplier becoming unapproved.
- Our organization, or our customers, reserve the right to perform verification or validation activities at the supplier's facilities.
- Our organization reserves the right to approve or specify any design and development control, special requirements, critical items, or key characteristics.
- Our organization reserves the right to designate requirements for test, inspection, and verification (including production process verification), including the use of statistical techniques for product acceptance and related instructions for acceptance by the organization
Suppliers are required to:
- Implement a quality management system.
- Use customer approved external providers, including special process sources.
- Notify ATT of non-conforming processes, products or services and obtain approval for their disposition.
- Have a program to prevent the use of counterfeit parts as appropriated to the organization and product by following the guidelines described in AS6174: Counterfeit Materiel; Assuring Acquisition of Authentic and Conforming Materiel.
- Notify ATT of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of external providers or Location of manufacture and obtain ATT approval.
- Flow down to external providers any applicable requirements including customer requirements and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) training.
- Provide test specimens for design and development approval, inspection/verification, investigation, or auditing.
- Vendor shall maintain on file, all quality documentation for a minimum of 10 (ten) years or as required by contract. Calibration records must be retained for 10 (ten) years from completion of purchase order. Contact ATT Metrology prior to disposition of quality records for disposition instructions.
- Ensure that persons are aware of their contribution to product and service conformity and product safety.
- Ensure that persons are aware of the importance of ethical behavior.
Our organization reserves the right of access by our representative, our customers, and any regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain involved in the order and to applicable documentation.
ATT Metrology suppliers are a critical part of our success. To supply top quality products and services responsibly, we understand and expect our suppliers will have an internal code of ethics and business conduct, best practices for enhancing product safety, and will maintain compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to your operation of business.

Customer Terms and Conditions
Customer agrees, commencing immediately upon delivery of a Purchase order and continuing until a date that is eighteen (18) months after the date of final completion of work, that it will not, directly or indirectly, employ or solicit for employment any person employed by or under contract to ATT Metrology Solutions, or any person who has been employed by or under contract with ATT Metrology Solutions within the last eighteen (18) months that has provided services to Customer or to which Customer has had contact, without ATT Metrology Solutions’ prior written consent. In the event Customer/Client hires any person employed by or under contract to ATT Metrology Solutions, Customer/Client shall pay ATT Metrology a conversion fee in the amount of 25% of the employee’s annualized compensation with ATT Metrology.

Registered Users
